Welcome to Art Club!

Explore your creative side at our weekly art sessions, annual exhibition, studio and gallery visits!

We have two types of art workshops:

1) Monday Workshops (1800-2000 in Royal School of Mines): We alternate between Arts and Crafts (painting, sculpture, printing, jewellery etc) and Life Drawing sessions each week, providing materials and instruction allowing you to experiment with different mediums, styles and subjects. 

2) Catch up workshops (Ad hoc dates /times/location): We give you a chance to catch up on Arts and Crafts sessions you may have missed with many options available in out studio.

We also have our studio which members get keycard access to and are able to do their own projects with our materials.

We open up the studio on Fridays from 1800 - space is limited however unfortunately due to the size of our studio. We recommend people come to a workshop to try ArtClub out as they are guaranteed a space (we have a huge lecture theatre for workshops).

All skill levels are welcome, whether you‘re an experienced artist who wants to keep their creative talents sharp or a beginner who just wants to have a go, there is a place for you. Being a member also gives you access to our studio outside of sessions where you can finish pieces independently or embark on new ideas using the materials around you.

We also organise trips to see exhibitions and hold our own exhibition in Imperial‘s Blyth Gallery, where you can show off your work. Finally we run occasional Art Club socials invovling a range of activities from chilled pizza and drinks to fancy museum visits.
