Prof. Martyn Poliakoff of the University of Nottingham will be delivering a talk entitled "Old solvents; New Solutions" to mark the midway point of this year's Chemsoc Seminar Series. Along side his research and teaching, Prof. Poliakoff is the current Foreign Secretary of the Royal Society and has recorded over 500 pieces for the incredibly popular youtube channel "The Periodic Table of Videos". Join us on the 22nd January for this unique lecture followed by refreshments and networking. Chemsoc would like to thank Sigma-Aldrich for sponsoring this lecture.
