United Nations is bringing the first-ever HeForShe #GetFree University Tour to universities across the United Kingdom and France.
The HeForShe #GetFree Tour is about creating a world where we can all feel free to be ourselves; to be emotional, to be ambitious, to be vulnerable, to be real. The Tour brings a global conversation on gender to young people around the world, enabling them to express themselves and explore their own understanding of gender, empowering them to lead us towards equality.
The HeForShe bus will be at Imperial as part of our Welcome Week events on Thursday 8 October from 12:00 - 14:00 outside the Sir Alexander Fleming Building. If you visit the bus you will be able to meet the campaigners and find out more about the UN's HeForShe movement and how you can get involved.
Students are invited to join us at the Union for a Panel Discussion from 14:00 - 15:30 in our Concert Hall, Beit Quad.
