Mental Health First Aid Lite Training

What will I learn?

Our MHFA Lite course is an introductory mental health awareness course. By the end of the course you'll be able to:

• Identify the discrimination surrounding mental health issues.
• Define mental health & some common mental health issues.
• Relate to people's experiences.
• Look after your own mental health.

The course also introduces ALGEE - a unique memory tool that you can use to provide mental health first aid. You'll also receive a certificate of attendance and a manual with further information and resources. For more information look at http://mhfaengland.org/first-aid-courses/first-aid-lite/
