Each year a huge number of bikes are left unclaimed at the Imperial cycle stores. In order to free up space for new users, and to encourage Imperial staff and students to get cycling, twice a year RAG and the Imperial College Bicycle Users' Group gets to sell these bikes to the highest bidder in an auction. Anyone who purchases a bike can get it checked out by experts. Dr Bike will be on hand to give your new purchase a check-up and help you get going.
