Everyone is welcome, whether you've never heard of mindfulness before or whether you're a seasoned practitioner. It's a totally relaxed, non-judgemental environment - come and join us any time.
We have taster events at 15 Prince's Gardens at 17:00 on Monday 10th and Thursday 13th October, where we'll be taking a dive into mindfulness by exploring the five senses.
